How to get here

Bergen is easy to reach from Norway and from abroad, thanks to direct flights from the largest cities in Europe.

There are several direct flights to Bergen from international airports. A list of direct connections to Bergen airport can be found at www.avinor.no

You can also travel to another airport in Norway, Bergen has direct flights that connect to all the larger cities in Norway. Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the main airport in Norway with many international connections, and about 20 direct flights to Bergen daily.
 

Transport from the airport to the city centre

You can reach the city center either by bus, light rail or taxi. The light rail is the cheapest option by far, but there are other options such as Airport bus and Taxi. Light rail and Airport bus offers student discount.

If you live in Fantoft studentvillage, it is possible to take the light rail directly to Fantoft. Buses also stop at NHH. If you are staying in student housing, please remember that you upon arrival have stop by the Sammen Housing Office (Parkveien 1) during opening hours to pick up your keys.
